Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. This is why Nina Bella Collection offers a Limited Return Policy. Limited return policy is valid for return only when all of following conditions are met:
1. Only unopened and unused products and gift baskets in original packaging and with full original packaging intact may be returned. Returns of products and gift baskets that are opened and/or used and/or not in original and with original packaging tampered with, opened and/or re-taped and/or affected with in any way will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
3. For return to be accepted buyer must contact us for RMA number. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
4. Returns can be only be made within 7 days after the receipt of goods and only when and with authorization from Nina Bella Collection directly. Returns made after 7 days after receipt of goods and without authorization from Nina Bella Collection will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Exceptions might be made only for cases when the item has arrived damaged (see Damages) or not as described – this is subject to Nina Bella Collection discretion and approval.

Returns not approved by Nina Bella Collection will not be accepted and will not be refunded. At any time parcels/products/packages retuned to us as “return to sender” and/or as “refused at delivery” are not covered by Nina Bella Collection Limited Return Policy and will not be refunded. This is why it is important to contact us if you are having an issue with your order.
In the event that buyer has provided the wrong address and/or failed to collect the order from the post office, and/or buyer parcel bounces and/or is returned to Nina Bella Collection, please contact us. If buyer wants the order re-shipped buyer is responsible for paying additional postal charges at the current rate. If you want a refund, your order is subject to 20% restocking fee. That means that the full shipping price plus the 20% of the order costs will not be refunded.
Returns of custom orders are not accepted for any reason once the custom product has been processed. Due to the nature of natural ingredients, there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent of all bases from batch to batch. These changes are not grounds for a return and returned custom products will not be refunded.

All damages are subject to Nina Bella Collection/Terakom Enterpirses Inc. approval.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of both the item and the packaging. We will work to find the solution for you. By using Nina Bella Collection online store you acknowledge that Nina Bella Collection is not responsible for damages resulting from shipping company handling, storage or transporting. In case your order has been damaged by shipping company Nina Bella Collection/Terakom Enterprises Inc. is not liable and will not be held responsible for resulting costs and you will have to make a claim with shipping company directly.
Samples are available online plus shipping. Cost prevents us from shipping free items as we get thousands of requests per year. Samples are not returnable. Samples are non refundable.
We recommend that you order samples before ordering any base or item you are unfamiliar with from us.
